KATE COOL 近年全心致力於專車專用型的油冷系統設計開發上 , 以引擎溫度較高的歐系渦輪車型為開發起始點。

截至目前已完成開發了有 AUDI, BMW ,VW MINI及FT-86 等十多種車型的機油冷卻器及變速箱冷卻器。

最具代表性的產品為VW的DSG變速箱冷卻器，及全球為之瘋狂的FT-86機油冷卻器。

FT-86為KATE COOL 首次嘗試開發的日系車型。

Over the past few years, KATE COOL focuses on research and developmentof the oil cooler kits, which aims to endure the hightemperature of turbo engine of Europe type.

TOYOTA FT-86 /SUBARU BRZ OIL COOLER KIT

KATE COOL 為TOYOTA FT-86 / SUBARU BRZ 所特別開發的專用型機油冷卻器套件,套件內含原廠對應鎖點位置免破壞鑽孔專用的油冷器本體固定支架,及強制進氣增加散熱效率FT-86/BRZ 專屬的鋁製集風罩

冷卻器選用英式14排油路本體,經長期嚴苛測試,此款尺寸適中,不易發生加裝機油冷卻器後機油壓力不足的現象

油管採用汽車機油專用的耐高溫,增快機油流速,維持油壓穩定的金屬編織橡膠複合材質製成,外層再以防火尼龍編織網包覆,更能提升油管耐用度及安全性。

Kate Cool is an oil cooler kit exclusively developed for the Toyota GT-86 and the Subaru BRZ that includes an original equipmentmanufacturer oil cooler mounting bracket with corresponding snap pointsexclusively designed for damage-resistant drill holes, as well as an inductionforcing and heat dissipation increasing aluminum fan shroud that is especiallycustomized for the FT-86 and the BRZ.

Thisoil cooler has a British 14-row oil circuit that has undergone long and stricttesting. The cooler is medium in size and rarely results in any lack of oilpressure after the oil cooler is assembled.

Theoil pipes are made from heat-resistant metal braided rubber composite materialsthat speed up the velocity of the oil and keep the oil pressure stable. Theexterior is covered with a nylon braided net to enhance the durability andsafety of oil pipes.

我們這組沒有低溫油龜喔
經由測試溫度約可降至約15-20度左右
